Rachel Leng has joined the Alumni Advisory Board of Harvard University’s Regional Studies East Asia (RSEA) Program. The Alumni Advisory Board was established to strengthen connections between current students, alumni, and the RSEA Program, fostering mentorship, knowledge sharing, and long-term engagement across its global community.
Rachel joins a distinguished board comprising accomplished alumni from academia, diplomacy, business, media, finance, and public service, who collectively support the continued growth and long-term development of Harvard University’s Regional Studies East Asia Program.
A graduate of Harvard University’s Regional Studies East Asia Program in 2015, Rachel brings extensive experience in cross-cultural business, education, and global career development to the RSEA community. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about youth empowerment and regularly conducts workshops and seminars on education, global careers, writing and publishing, and cross-cultural collaboration.
As a member of the Alumni Advisory Board, Rachel looks forward to supporting current students, strengthening engagement across the global RSEA alumni network, and contributing to the continued growth and future direction of Harvard University’s Regional Studies East Asia Program.

同アドバイザリーボードは、現役学生・卒業生・RSEAプログラムのつながりを強化し、メンターシップや知識共有、そして世界中のRSEAコミュニティにおける継続的な交流を促進することを目的として設立されました。
リンは、学術、外交、ビジネス、メディア、金融、公共分野など、多様な分野で活躍する優れた卒業生で構成されるアドバイザリーボードの一員として、ハーバード大学RSEAプログラムのさらなる発展と長期的な成長を支えてまいります。
2015年にハーバード大学東アジア地域研究プログラムを修了したリンは、異文化ビジネス、教育、グローバルキャリア開発における経験を活かし、RSEAコミュニティの発展に貢献しています。自身のビジネス活動に加え、若者のエンパワーメントにも力を注ぎ、教育、海外キャリア、ライティング・出版、異文化コラボレーションなどをテーマとしたワークショップやセミナーを国内外で定期的に実施しています。
今後はアドバイザリーボードの一員として、現役学生への支援や世界各国の卒業生ネットワークとの交流を深めるとともに、ハーバード大学RSEAプログラムのさらなる発展と将来に向けた取り組みに貢献してまいります。
