Rachel Leng shared inspirational insights with an audience of Singaporean entrepreneurs, professionals, and students at Singapore Innovation Night, organized by Moon Creative Lab in collaboration with the Singapore Students’ Association in Japan (SSAJ) on April 5, 2025.

リン・レイチェルは、株式会社SeiRogaiの創業の歩みを振り返ります。
Rachel spoke about her personal and professional journey—her motivations, the challenges she overcame, and the opportunities she turned into stepping stones for growth, culminating in the co-founding of SeiRogai. She emphasized resilience, adaptability, and a long-term vision as essential qualities for sustaining growth and driving innovation in the business world.
レイチェルは、ご自身の個人的・職業的な歩みについて語り、動機や直面した課題、それらを成長のためのステップに変えた機会について共有しました。そして、その歩みの集大成として、SeiRogaiの共同創業に至った経緯を説明しました。レイチェルは、ビジネスの世界で持続的な成長とイノベーションを推進するために、レジリエンス（回復力）、適応力、そして長期的なビジョンが不可欠であることを強調しました。
Rachel further highlighted internship opportunities at SeiRogai, reflecting her passion for mentorship. The program allows interns to immerse themselves in a dynamic environment, apply knowledge in practice, explore the full scope of SeiRogai’s work, and foster both professional and creative growth.
レイチェルはさらに、SeiRogaiでのインターンシップの機会について紹介し、メンターシップへの情熱を示しました。本プログラムでは、インターンがダイナミックな環境に身を置き、知識を実践に応用し、SeiRogaiの事業全体を幅広く体験するとともに、専門的および創造的な成長を促進することができます。
Through her sharing, she encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs to cultivate strong networks, pursue impactful projects, and maintain a forward-looking mindset—essential qualities for navigating uncertainty, driving meaningful innovation, and achieving lasting business success.
