Rachel Leng Supports the Success of Singapore Global Network’s Inaugural International Women’s Day Event in Tokyo
シンガポール・グローバル・ネットワーク主催の東京初開催「国際女性デー」イベントの成功を支援

Rachel had the opportunity to take part in the Singapore Global Network’s (SGN) inaugural International Women’s Day event at the Andaz Hotel in Tokyo on March 5, 2025. The event brought together a room full of accomplished Singaporean women making significant contributions across diverse industries worldwide. Singapore Global Network (SGN), a global community connecting Singaporeans and friends of Singapore worldwide, continues to foster meaningful relationships and create new opportunities across borders.

リン・レイチェルは、2025年3月5日に東京・アンダーズホテルで開催されたシンガポール・グローバル・ネットワーク（SGN）主催の初となる「国際女性デー」イベントに参加する機会を得ました。本イベントには、世界各地の多様な業界で顕著な貢献をしている優れたシンガポール人女性たちが一堂に会しました。シンガポール・グローバル・ネットワーク（SGN）は、世界中のシンガポール人およびシンガポールにゆかりのある人々をつなぐグローバルコミュニティとして、国境を越えた有意義な関係構築と新たな機会の創出を引き続き推進しています。

Rachel hosted and moderated the panel discussion, facilitating a conversation on leadership, innovation, and cross-cultural influence. The evening opened with welcoming remarks from Ms. Li Lin Liew, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo. The panel of speakers, who brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the event, included Ms. Sandra Teh (Chief Culture Evangelist at AWS), Dr. Aw Wanping (Founder of TokudAw and Project Assistant Professor at Keio University), Ms. Ciel Liu (News Correspondent at Phoenix Satellite TV), and Ms. Sophie Biswas (Finance & Compliance Professional and PEEL Lab Advisor). The event concluded with closing remarks by Mr. Ho Koi Foong, Regional Director (Northeast Asia) of SGN.

リン・レイチェルはパネルディスカッションの司会とモデレーターを務め、リーダーシップ、イノベーション、異文化の影響をテーマにした対話を促進しました。当イベントは、駐日シンガポール共和国大使館の副代表であるLi Lin Liew氏による歓迎の挨拶で幕を開けました。パネルディスカッションには、豊富な知識と経験を持つ登壇者として、Sandra Teh氏（AWS チーフカルチャーエバンジェリスト）、Aw Wanping氏（TokudAw 創業者・慶應義塾大学 特任准教授）、Ciel Liu氏（フェニックス衛星テレビ ニュース特派員）、Sophie Biswas氏（ファイナンス＆コンプライアンス専門家・PEEL Lab アドバイザー）が参加しました。最後に、シンガポール・グローバル・ネットワーク（SGN）北東アジア地域ディレクターのHo Koi Foong氏による閉会の挨拶で幕を閉じました。

As the evening shifted to a networking session, Rachel continued to engage with attendees, strengthening connections between Singaporean professionals and the international community in Tokyo.

夜がネットワーキングセッションに移行する中、リン・レイチェルは参加者との交流を続け、東京におけるシンガポール人プロフェッショナルと国際コミュニティとのつながりを強化しました。
